MKE Lofts welcomes cats and dogs under 80lbs, with restrictions on aggressive breeds. MKE Lofts pet fees include a monthly $50 fee and a one-time $500 fee per pet. Service dogs welcome. Please contact us for aggressive breed list and additional questions.
Our application fee is $25.
Our security deposit is one full month of rent for qualified applicants. At lease signing, the security deposit and a one-time $300 amenity fee are due.
Parking is currently available in the covered parking structure immediately next to our building for $130/month. The heated underground parking garage at MKE Lofts is $195/month and currently has a waiting list. Please contact us for additional information.
MKE Lofts residents are responsible for two utility bills. These include your electric bill, and your water/trash/sewer bill. Amounts depend on number of people occupying the apartment, usage, and square footage of the apartment.
Storage lockers are $35/month.
